Manru Coffee Advertising Antique Tin Buffalo, N.Y. Plus Canister

All original and colorful Manru Coffee advertising tin that when empty would have served as a part to a canister set. Notice that opposite the coffee advertising side of the can there is the decorative word, ‘Cereal’. This coffee was made by Schreiber Products Corporation, Buffalo, N.Y.’, and it would have been packed in either three or one pound containers. This can is marked with a patent date of Jan. 30, 1923′. The canister coffee tin measures 10″ high and has a diameter of 5 1/2″. Notice that even the lid is signed in embossed lettering, ‘Manru – Steel cut – Schreiber’s Best’.
