The manufacture would be TPS (Tokyo Plaything Shokai) / To play Ltd. / Toply / Tokyo Playthings Ltd. Tokyo, Japan. Trademark / Logo = TPS in front of a three finger symbol. Founded 1956. You can see this mark on the violin that the clown is playing. The original condition of this toy is exceptional, and that it comes with the original box. The box measures 9″ x 3′ and is 2 1/2″ high.
