This is a special antique silver figural napkin ring made and signed by Pairpoint Manufacturing Company – New Bedford, Massachusetts – number 5604′, done with a figural hog or wild boar at the base along with the napkin ring and a bud vase attached to the base. What a wonderful statement this piece would make next to a place setting on one’s table. The piece measures 3 1/2″ high is 3 3/4″ wide by 2 3/4″ deep. Around the napkin ring there is floral engraving along with the monogrammed initials, ‘E.S.B.’ and the number ”94. So, this Victorian piece dates to 1894 or earlier.
