This is a beautiful red satin Gone with the Wind Boudoir pattern art glass lamp from the 19th Century. This lamp was made by the Consolidated Lamp & Glass Company of Coraopolis, PA. The clear glass chimney is signed with an etched signature ‘Trademark – Acme – Lead Flint’ – and the burner knob is marked, ‘The P&A Manufacturing Co. Victor’. Last of all on the underside of the base impressed into the metal it reads, ‘P&A – 84’. This lamp does not take up the width of a full GWTW lamp but it stands an impressive 21″ high and the base is 5″ by 5″, while the top globe is just 6″ diameter. The swirl design in this lamp is very attractive and with the red Cerise color will make a beautiful statement wherever you will choose to display this lamp. Circa 1800’s to 1890’s.
