Popeye is on the pencil with the bubble stating, ‘Well, Blow me down! This is What I Calls a Marvelusk Pencil’. This pencil was made by the Eagle Pencil Company – USA – King Features Syndicate’. Notice that the storage box also has Popeye graphics along with the date of ‘1929’ that is marked on the box. The box measures 10 3/4″ long and is 1 1/2″ wide by 1″ high.
