Beautiful Roses and Snowballs design decorate this lidded signed R.S. Prussia syrup pitcher. We have researched the R.S. Prussia reference books, and we can not find this same syrup mold featured in any of our books. The base of the syrup pitcher is molded in an octagon design, and a unique feature is the molded knob on the top of the handle. Also notice the decorative ruffled collar design that encircles the lower base of the spout on this syrup pitcher. The syrup measures 3 3/4″ across the bottom approximately and the handle extends out another 1 1/4″ and the spout 1 1/2″ the opposite way. Notice the molded ring type handle on the lid of the syrup and also notice on the underneath side of the lid there is a molded groove that holds the lid secure. Good original condition, slight wear on the gold.
