Rare Lilac or Lavender Wedgwood Antique Biscuit or Cracker Jar

A detailed English fox hunt scene complete with hunting dogs, horses, hunters, and a captured fox is depicted around the base of this Wedgwood only marked biscuit jar. Along with the detailed and complete hunting scene is the unique lilac or lavender color of this cracker jar. This piece is complete with the silver plated marked lid, and is signed on the interior, ‘D & A – E.P.N.S. – 8440’. This piece is in excellent original condition, and this is one that you will not want to miss adding to your own personal Wedgwood collections. This biscuit jar measures 6 3/4″ high to the top of the finial, and the diameter is 5 3/8″. When the handle is in the upward position it measures 9 1/4″ high.
