Red Wing Paneled Spongeware Bowl – Pierce Nebraska Advertising

Original Red Wing sponge ware paneled bowl that has on the inside advertising for Pierce, Nebraska. The inside of the bowl reads, ‘F.J. Rastede – General Merchandise – Pierce, Nebr.’ This bowl measures 4 1/2″ high and the diameter is 7 1/2″. Notice that this bowl has the raised panel sides for an added attraction. The bowl is in excellent original condition. On the top rim of the bowl there is an old potters imperfection which has been with this bowl since it has been made. This is a fine Red Wing bowl that you will not want to miss adding to your own personal Sponge ware collection.  –
