Sea Turtle Toothpick Holder with Cranberry enameled painted Insert

This is a unique small silver plated holder which features a sea turtle base and is holding a floral enameled cranberry toothpick holder insert. The stand measures 4″ high, is approximately 3″ wide. The insert is a reverse thumbprint cranberry art glass piece with detailed floral decorations.
