Antique Victorian Silver Little Girl and Goose Thimble Thread Stand – Pin Cushion – Germany

Darling silverplated pin cushion and thimble holder that depicts a little girl with her uplifted apron storing something yummy to eat as the goose has its beak inserted in the child’s apron. This sewing notion measures 2 3/4″ wide by 1 1/2″ deep and stands 2 1/2″ high. This piece is marked on the bottom, ‘M.M.I – 23’. Also, on the back side of the girl it is marked, ‘Germany’. What a great way to store one’s thimble and pins!
