This old cast Iron tobacco plug cutter made by The Rogers Iron Company of Springfield Ohio and made for the P.J. Sorg Tobacco Company of Middletown, Ohio. You would have found these in Country Store mercantile and tobacco shops across America in the late 1800 bolted down to the countertop for cutting plug tobacco. Measures: 4 3/4″ tall x 17″ long x a3 3/4″ deep.
