Exceptional Victorian art glass electric blue inverted thumbprint insert that is decorated with a floral enameled design. The insert is held in a silver plated holder that is signed, ‘James W. Tufts – Boston – Quadruple Plate – #3389’. This set is all complete with silver plated lid and pickle tongs. The holder measures 12 1/2″ high and the widest point is 4 1/2″ diameter.
