Victorian Walnut adjustable High Chair

This Victorian Walnut High Chair is in good condtion. The back and seat are made of cane with a burl panel on the crest of the chair. Note the craftsmanship of the tray with the brass caps on the tips on the arms where they are connected to the back of the chair. There is a stamp on the back of the chair that reads February 22, 1876 and I can’t make out the rest.
