Antique American Brilliant Cut Glass Tray – J. Hoare Signed

Beautiful all original cut glass tray which is signed with an etched signature by its maker, ‘J. Hoare & Co. – Corning -1853’. This tray has an attractive scalloped edge and measures 10″ diameter and the edge at the highest point is just a little over 1″ high. This tray is the Hoare’s pattern number #1844 and is identified in Boggess reference book on page 154.
