This is a Gnome or dwarf cast iron hitching post is in good condition with old paint. It measures 43″ high, and the base measures 10 1/4″ x 10 1/4″ and 14 1/2″ height. We guarantee this piece is old and authentic. This has a foundry mark made by the Hart Company. –
