Antique RIT Dye Advertising Metal Tin Country Store Display Cabinet

Product #M228

Antique all original metal tin country store display cabinet for storing and selling RIT Dyes. Notice that on the backside of this cabinet there is personalized labels letting us know that this cabinet was used in ‘The Wheeler Drug Store – 339 Dakota Ave, Huron, South Dakota’. This store must have been a Rexall Drug store with the labels that identify the different dye colors that were stored in each drawer. This cabinet measures 16 1/2″ high to the center peak, and at the base is 14 1/2″ wide and 12″ deep. Notice the graphic design of the woman holding a piece of dyed cloth on the front of this cabinet. This detailed graphic was the duplicated graphic design from the front of the RIT dye boxes. Notice that these dyes came in either Flaked or Cake form. There is a label that identifies that this cabinet was made by the ‘American Art Works – Coshocton, Ohio’ company. This is an excellent all original advertising and country store tin that you will not want to miss adding to your own personal advertising collections!
