Mt Washington Napoli glass Compote on Pairpoint Silver plated Stand

This is a beautiful all original example of Napoli Mount Washington art glass. Napoli is a clear glass where the main subject of the decoration is enameled on the inside of the item and then many times outlined in gold on the outside. This technique appears to produce a three-dimensional effect. One can get that look when looking at this bowl! This impressive center bowl measures 10 1/4″ diameter and note the attached metal post attached to this bowl that allows the bowl to attach into the Pairpoint quadruple plate signed scrolling floral base.
