Native American Stone Hatchet or Ax Head

This is stone that has been chiseled for an ax or hatchet head. The stone measures 5″ long by 3 1/2″ wide at the widest point and the thickness is about 1/8″ thick. We acquired this piece from a collection of six different Native American items that we acquired right here in South Central Nebraska.
