Very Impressive Victorian walnut two piece secretary desk with ornate burl and unique sliding glass doors in the top bookcase section. The bottom has three drawers with fancy burl plus the top has a fancy carved crest to top off this fancy Victorian piece. The interior shelves have a decorated attractive design on the edge. The paneled cylinder roll has a candle or lamp shelf on each side. The interior has fine marquetry design on the face of the drawers. This piece measures just a little over 9 feet tall, is 48″ wide and 20 1/2″ deep with the writing surface up.
