Notice the wonderful and colorful graphics on the box with the boy and girl playing! The box measures 6″ long by 2″ high, 2 1/2″ wide. This cement mixer is the number 3945 Tootsie toy. Circa 1950’s. If you collect Tootsie Toys then this Cement mixer will be a must for your collection!
