Beautiful all original Wave Crest salt and pepper shakers that are highly decorated with a floral design. There are several layers of enamel detail on this set. The lids on this set are easily removed and reattached, the threads are working smoothly. Note closely though, that there is one of the metal bands that shows some minor decay. Again, the bands are secure and functional but there are some imperfections that I wanted to note. A fun feature of this salt and pepper set is the silver-plated holder that features two wish bones on either end of the holder with a heart shaped handle in the center! This holder measures 5 3/4″ high and is 5 3/4″ wide by 2 1/4″ deep. The shakers are 2 1/2″ high by 1 3/4″ x 1 3/4″. Note the slight difference of color tone on the shakers to help one know the salt from the pepper. What a beautiful set of shakers in an equally beautiful, silver-plated holder.
