Antique Victorian Art Glass Vase with fine decoration

This is a beautiful Victorian art glass vase that has fine decorated enamel painted floral and leaves. The vase can be attributed Harrach glass.  The silver enameling is in good condition,   Has a fine ground pontil on the bottom.  The vase measures 6″ high and has an opening that is 2″ in diameter and at the widest point this vase is 3 1/4″.Circa 1900.
