Atlas Tires Enamel Antique Advertising Sign Standard Oil Company

This automobile related tin advertising sign done in a vertical position advertises, ‘Atlas Tires and Repairs’. You will also notice that in the lower right hand corner there is a logo which reads, ‘Guaranteed by Standard Oil Company Service’. This sign measures 60″ high is 15 3/4″ wide and notice how the sides are raised and measure 1″ deep. In the very lower left hand corner this sign is marked, ‘A.D. 9880’, which I assume is the maker of this sign and the number. This is a large porcelain advertising sign that would make an excellent addition to one’s automobile related advertising collections.  –
