Circa 1939 all original tin wind-up toy of Edgar Bergen’s Mortimer Snerd. This toy measures 8 1/2″ high. Lithographed tin Wind-Up Toy. This a beautiful original tin lithographed “Mortimer Snerd” toy by Marx, with working wind-up action that makes him do a waddling motion and tip his cap. Good original graphics with only slight wear on the face. Winding key and the Marx logo appear on the small of his back. Copyright 1939 McCarthy Inc.
