Haviland Porcelain 11 Piece Game Set – Cobalt Blue with Gold Highlights Bird Scenes

Exceptional Haviland Porcelain complete game set that consists of 10 plates, two each of the same bird that makes up the set of ten, plus an amazing large game platter that is decorated with a male and female Chinese pheasant. There is five different birds that are featured on the smaller plates. The large platter is a larger rectangular size being 19″ x 11 1/4″ and the sides are slightly raised being 1 3/4″ high. The ten smaller game plates each measure 7 3/4″ x 7 3/4″ and are 1 1/4″ high. The combination of the dark cobalt blue background with the extremely detailed gold floral designed backgrounds make this set one that you will not want to take your eyes off of. Depicted in the center of each plate is a highly detailed nature scene with a bird in the center. All pieces are in excellent original condition, with markings on the bottoms. Depose is impressed on the underside of the large platter along with the letters, ‘CFH over GDM’ for markings. We are thrilled to be able to offer for sale a complete set of this high quality.
