Beautiful Antique Oak raised beveled paneled Roll top Desk in original finish in very good condition. The desk has a very nice interior with several unique sizes of drawers. (made by Leopold Desk Co. Burlington, Iowa U.S.A.) There is a nameplate on the working tambour roll that reads: Omaha Printing Co. Omaha, Nebraska with working lock and key. This rolltop desk was originally purchased in 1960’s by Emory (Robert) Roberts on a silent bid auction at the Kearney County Courthouse liquidation auction in Minden, Nebraska. Robert enjoyed and used the desk in his home in Axtell, Nebraska up until it was sold to us. Measures 60″ wide, 34″ depth and 50″ height. Circa 1900.
