This is a lovely Reed & Barton Sterling Silver Oval Vegetable Bowl Dish is the popular FRANCIS I pattern. This pattern was designed by Ernest Meyer for Reed & Barton x565 in 1906 and remains one of the most desirable silver patterns ever produced with its elaborate acanthus & fruit design. Measures 13″ long,10″ wide and 3 1/2″ deep. This beautiful bowl came locally from a collection here in Dawson County, Nebraska.
