This is an exceptional jewel casket box of teal blue Mary Gregory art glass that features a young boy with his fishing pole sitting by his boat at the water’s edge with a fish on the line. There is also what would appear to be his mother with plate in hand ready to make supper with her son’s catch!. This is a detailed scene of Mary Gregory along with a floral and butterfly design on front and another floral scene on the backside of the box. This box measures 4 1/2″ high is 5″ wide by 3″ deep. Notice the small brass handles and the added beaded work that encircles this piece.
